The Challenge

Silverwood Properties needed a complete brand identity that conveyed luxury, trust, and professionalism in the competitive Los Angeles real estate market. Real estate is a trust-driven business where the brand is often the first point of contact before any direct conversation happens. The visual identity needed to communicate premium positioning clearly, earn credibility with buyers and sellers quickly, and distinguish Silverwood from the generic visual language that dominates the category.

Our Approach

We built a comprehensive brand system from the ground up: logo design, business card and stationery design, marketing collateral, and a new website. Every element of the identity was designed with the Los Angeles luxury market in mind — a palette and typography system that communicates refinement and stability without being cold or corporate.

The business kit covers the full range of print materials a real estate firm needs: letterhead, business cards, presentation folders, and property marketing materials. The website was designed to position Silverwood as a premium firm and to support the lead generation that drives the business.

Results

A cohesive, professional brand identity that communicates the quality of Silverwood’s service before a client ever makes contact. The brand works across every touchpoint from a business card to a property presentation, giving the firm a consistent presence that supports client acquisition in a competitive market.

The Website

In 2026 we rebuilt silverwoodproperties.net, replacing a 2015-era WordPress install with a fast static site built in Astro. The design carries the brand onto the screen: forest green, cream and terracotta, serif headlines and photography of Northeast Los Angeles homes. The site is organized around the people Ken works with: investors, buyers and sellers, and developers. It adds neighborhood guides, house hacking resources and a Neighborhood Matcher that Ken answers personally.

Search equity came first. All 155 legacy URLs either still resolve or redirect, and a check enforces that before every deploy and again against the live server afterwards. Twenty legacy blog posts kept their original addresses. A small PHP layer runs the contact forms and a flat-file blog with an admin panel, so Ken can publish posts himself. His email address never appears in the page source, and a build check confirms that in six encodings.

Accessibility targets WCAG 2.2 AA. Every page is checked with axe-core, and colour contrast was measured in a real browser across 1,140 text elements with zero failures. A reader-preferences panel adjusts text size, contrast, typeface, link underlining and motion. For AI search, every page has a markdown version served on request, alongside an llms.txt file and agent discovery files that list only what the site actually provides. The client’s approved copy ships word for word, and a build check confirms that too.
